Horrible experience!!! Sara Dee did my daughters hair and it looks 10 times worse than when she went in! My daughter needed her color fixed and Instead of fixing the color Sarah just put a chemical treatment on her hair that burned her scalp, left her in tears and then charged me $250!! When I told her how upset I was, she was rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t even call me to personally talk to me, instead she just texted me with insults! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not go to this salon and if you do, do not make an appointment with Sara!!
