This place is a joke! I call three times to make an appointment and the girl said she’ll have someone call me back. Never happened. Finally I got someone to give me an appointment and when I called to confirm she told me the girl that was supposed to cut my hair went home. So I actually didn’t have a a appointment. When you cancel with a client you call them to reschedule. Good business practice. They didn’t even offer to reschedule. I will never refer or go back here ever again.

This barber shop takes walk-ins, but I made an appointment a couple of days in advance. I showed up early, and within a couple of moments I was taken to a chair by Jasmine and she knew I needed a bald cut, as close as possible, and I had a photo prepared for what I wanted my beard shaped like. She took a glance and memorized it. She didn’t ask to take another look, and she trimmed my beard exactly how I asked. It was a great first experience, and with a variety of payment options, I was in and out quickly. I will definitely return when I need another cut! I have scars and plaque psoriasis on some areas of my head and she was very careful to be gentle around sensitive areas and asked about them before cutting around them.
