Got a normal gel pedicure and was shocked it cost $60 with a eyebrow wax thats usually $10-15 i am used to paying around $35 -40 with tax for the pedi. Not to mention i got them done saturday for the 4th of July and one toe is already totally missing half the gel. And I am sure with it being the holiday i cant get it fixed Pedicure

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made a 2:00 appointment to have my dip powder nails filled, and arrived on time for my appointment. When I came in they told me it would be an hour wait. When I told them I had a 2:00 appointment they made me wait for 45 minutes with my hands in a bowl of STRAIGHT ACETONE while they attended to walk-ins who had fancy clothes and looked like they were wealthy. Whenever I would take my hands out of the bowl the tech who got the bowl would yell at me and say I needed to soak my hands off for the dip powder on my nails to melt off (at every other salon I have been to have had it removed with a drill). As I was waiting another girl who looked local rather than like a rich transplant or a tourist came in and said she wanted a pedicure, and the tech also told her it would be an hour wait and the girl decided to wait. As the girl and I were both waiting people who looked like tourists or like they had lots of money would walk in and ask if they had time for a service and the techs would immediately get them chairs. a group of older latina women came in asking about the wait time and the tech at the front told them an hour wait and then not even 15 minutes later a white lady came in asking the same thing and they immediately got her a chair. once the rich women were finished with their manicures the tech came and did my nails, cutting them off and putting new tips on and would nick my cuticles with her drill to the point where it made me bleed. what i saw during my appointment at this place was so disgusting and shocking i am never going back i would rather drive to abq they are twisted

I went in to get a wax done. I heard hair snips and thought she was cutting my eyebrows and the lady cut my baby hairs!!! I did not notice until I got home and looked in the mirror!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Waxing

The wife and husband that work here are a mess. Very rude, aggressive, and don’t listen to customers. Tried to tell the woman to fix my smudged polish and she threw a fit saying she’s not going to finish my nails. Then the husband tried to grab my hands and remove the clear polish very aggressively. 0/10 do NOT recommend. Manicure

The lady here did a really bad job on my nails. I could tell she really was not good at it while she was doing them and sure enough they looked really bad. Worst place ever !!! If I could give 0 stars I would . Went for full set acrylic. Worst job ever , uneven color uneven French , I had nails and leftover powder cured in my gel I asked her for color and she argued with me to do what she had on the table ( to lazy to walk and get the right one ) . And the nails started to chip after 2 days !!! Usually you cannot take of acrylic without ripping your nails off , the acrylic pilled off like it was gel . Poor costumer service, they rude they argue, and even when I made an appointment I had to wait for her cause she started with a different lady literally 10 min before my appointment. Horrible place save you money and never go there . Worst place I ever been too .

Critical: ProfessionalismI had gone in to get my nails done with my daughter on Saturday the lady that did my nails filled my nails to short on 2 nails I let her know like hey you did this and it’s really hurting me… her response was maybe gel isn’t for u… I have gotten gel for 2 years with no problemS.. now It’s hurting me so bad and it does look like my nail is infected I talked to the manager and nothing. My daughter also got hurt by them they cut her nails way way to short when she told the lady … the lady got upset . I do not recommend this place. Stay very far from them. I will be going in to the er and depending on what they tell me I will be sending them my bill..
