When you tell the nail technician to not use the dremel on your nails because they are to thin and she refused to listen the owner comes to finish the job. Linda proceeds to not listen also, I said not to clip my cuticles, she did. She doesn’t clean the last of the gel polish off by soaking, she files it off. See the damage on the picture of result, later I lost the nail into the nailquick which hurts.

I’ve been loving this shop for about 3 years now but yesterday they went so far above and beyond the call of duty I had to write a review!
