Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst of all, these nails are not square! I asked for short & square and she gave me this “skinny square” aka COFFIN with slanting nails. I told her i didn’t like it whatsoever and she tried to apply acrylic to widen it but it did not help. The lady doing my nails had a long way to go when they were about to close so they started rushing on my nails and gave me this sloppy set. mind you, these nails are 8 days old and they look trash. Not your average Lindas nail salon. Has a very nice atmosphere and great vibes. Found this nail salon last minute and glad I did. I have been their at least 6 times now and every time I am very pleased with the excellent services. I usually see Ana, but everyone is really great too. I went to this salon to get lashes done and the young girl who did my lashes did not know how to do lashes. she attempted to dry my lashes by fanning them with a piece of paper and needless to say when she was done they were no where near dry. They were clumpy and so spaced out and the inner corner was missing lashes on my right eye. She asked me if wanted to fill that large gap but after seeing the poor job I stated no knowing I was going to take them off. I spoke to the owner on the phone while I was standing outside she stated she would refund me and I have not received a refund and she is not responding to calls or texts.
