I left crying!! My hair was long up to my waist and I left with hair up to my shoulders!!!!!! All I wanted was layers!!! I asked her 5 times before she cut my hair to not leave it short. She said okay I heard you. So I went ahead and did it. NEVER AGAIN!! DONT GO!!!!!!! don’t go wasting your money and leaving regretting the haircut!

This place is the worse went in for highlights and instantly saw my hair falling off in the sink. Told the lady about it and said it’s normal because of the bleach. Excuse me but I am a cosmetology student and I know for sure that’s isn’t normal. To make matters worse she offered me to be there as a trainee to watch and help with sweeping and all that, then got fired because I wasn’t taking it seriously or didn’t wanna learn. Never even got paid and still showed up everyday and she still dare say I don’t take the job seriously, but in the first place how does she expect a job attitude when I never was treated as an employee.

Do not waste your money!!!! Worst salon I have ever been to. I made an appt 2 weeks in advance and still Sat for 45 minutes before anyone helped me. 3 stylists could not finish a simple up do. I left with half an up do and was still charged me for their time… They are pathetic to say the least.

It varies on who cuts your hair. I always ask for someone who has experience at least 5 years and up, they usually do a good job. But usually they have more trainees (newbies), so good luck with that.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityWent for a pedicure, and it seem I went for torture, I had ingrown toe nail, she didn’t care and pulled it out, my feet were on water for only one minute, she started cutting nails, out a cream and rinse it and put some manicure clear color and that was about it it only took about 10 minutes to do that, never coming back to this place
