Critical: QualityI had gotten my nails done on the 18th of June & my nails are already breaking off not even two weeks later. My acrylics normally last me close to a month, these didn’t even last half of that. Very disappointed, gonna have to find a new nail salon.

I made an appointment for 1 o’clock on Thursday and when I went by at 12:30, there was no record of my appointment. They took me at 1:15, as a drop-in. The pedicure was okay…the young lady was very nice. But I’m still looking for a permanent place and pedicurist.

The rating would have been higher if my fiance was not cut during the nail trim process. His nail salon technician was in a rush to finish his pedicure, in order to assist an impatient woman who was complaining about having to wait for her. Now that his toe nail has healed from the bleeding, he is uncomfortable walking due to his nail trim being to short in a few places.

My office is in Castro Valley and I needed a shellac manicure. I figured I would give this place a shot. I informed the women that I had to be back in my office within a half hour. They were very accommodating, friendly and worked hard to get me in and out. Love the color and the price was on point. Great work!! Thank you!
