I was very disappointed with the quality and service at several establishments in the buckland/Manchester area. Luckily I drove a few minutes further and found Linda’s. Linda has great customer service and pays attention to detail. The quality and finished product speaks for itself. Very happy overall and will definitely return and recommend her

I had an appointment with my daughters and the full set was very rushed. They did it in 25 minutes. There was no nail prepping (cuticles etc) and after the acrylic was on they didn’t buff it so my nails are lumpy and some of the acrylic doesn’t even go to the cuticle so it looks grown out. Not to mention most of them are shaped awful. At the salon I didn’t look closely until I got home. While we were there the phone was ringing non stop and they just kept telling people to come in so I think they rushed to get more people in even though we had an appointment. For 3 gel pedicures and 3 acrylic full sets it’s was $310. I wouldn’t mind paying that much if the quality was good and not rushed. I will attach pictures.

WTTTFFFFF!!! I’m not usually a complainer but OMG. I got a regular mani pedi the pedicure took about 10 minutes because she dipped my feet in the water slapped some lotion on the bottom of my feet and scrapped them with what looked like a cheese grater. She only cut my right foot toe nails and she used the cuticle cutter to do so not even a nail cutter. Then painted them no other treatment offered. My manicure was simply using a dirty nail file and then cut my cuticles without pushing them back. Then painted. I have no lotion or oil on my hands at all. AWFUL. Then they charged me $50. I am going to cry and they are already ruined by the time I got in the car.

Talked me into a more expensive pedicure, okay cool. Didn’t receive the full 10 minute massage and when I asked about price, “forgot” to mention it would be an extra $10 for the gel. Told me a different price for my toes. Also was pushing my foot back hard when switching feet. Then told me not to move my foot and acted like it was my fault the uv lamp fell on my toes when she literally had it hanging off of the foot rest. Went into getting my acrylic done with hopes she would do a better job. Tried to charge me $17 extra for using 2 colors instead of 1, decided not to do it. She ended up cutting me and literally LOOKED AT ME AND LAUGHED. I was literally bleeding and she was just laughing as if I had told her a joke. Then I went to go pay and she tried to take my $20 for a tip and I said no, i’m not tipping. (I always tip except when they cut me to the point i’m bleeding and don’t do anything about it). I will never come back to this salon again. Also didn’t do the right shape and I asked her to fix it and she literally was ignoring me.

Lovely decor and ambiance. The employees are always willing to help and make it right if you change your mind about what you want. I’ve never had a poor experience, everyone seems to truly care about their clients and their work.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have been going to Linda’s Nails for a while and have never had an issue until recently. I took my daughter there for a mini manicure and pedicure. The charged me the same as an adult mani/pedi and didn’t give the same treatment to my daughter. It was very basic color. I recently went there for myself and had a French manicure done. They charged extra for it but only applied one coat of paint. It’s only been a week and the nail polish is chipping away already!Services: Gel manicures, PedicureI have been going to Linda’s Nails for a while and have never had an issue until recently. I gave this place a few chances. They know what they are doing in regards to getting people in the door because they have ONE excellent nail tech there, Vicky. All the pictures that you see with extensive creativity are more then likely her work and when you come in for the 1st time they seat you with her. I always tipped extremely well and was always nice, but it’s like they hated booking me and I wasn’t welcome, it was also impossible for me to get time with the only technician they had that had experience in what I required for nail art and my length and shape. I always wanted to cry leaving here because I don’t have it in me to tell them I hated the work, but my nail surface was always bumpy, shaping was off and awkward and one time the women didn’t even put gel over the jewelry on the nail resulting in the jewelry falling off the same exact day. I have long coffin shaped nails and I like art on them and I’m willing to pay for that, but they literally put me with someone who didn’t know anything about long gel nails because she screwed my nails up beyond belief. If you have nails like this, you know you have to have someone who knows what they’re doing with your hands. I had to go back the next day and sat and waited for Vicky because it was just that bad. I just felt like they didn’t care about me as a customer and they just throw you with whoever despite experience level because they only care about customer turn over. I probably went there 4 or 5 times and only had 2 good experiences. The first appointment and the time I pretty much had to beg and wait for Vicky to fix my nails. Save yourself time and go to Sassy Nails in Vernon.

Not a good experience at all! First time customer I visited because of the pictures on the site looked great. My nails were uneven, bumpy some parts thicker than others. Just very upsetting. A couple were lose within one week and I would run my fingers through my hair and the hair would go under the nails and get caught. Poor quality. My gel polish was bubbly also. I went back to have it fixed atleast I thought it would be fixed and then I still had the same problem
