My holistic approach to massage focuses attention not only on muscles, but bones, joints, and the lymphatic system incorporating slow fluid strokes with specific point work on problem areas. Sessions are meditative and integrate a wide range of techniques to allow clients to access their own healing power and potential. Techniques include Swedish massage with Deep Tissue/Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Cupping, and Aromatherapy using therapeutic grade essential oils with hot compresses to enhance the client’s experience. As a Master Reiki therapist, I also infuse the benefits of energy work, moving stuck patterns to align your body and mind with your true self.
