60 Minute Massage 60 minute massage therapy session will be tailored to your needs determined at the time of your session. Is it your goal to relax with light pressure or to release tight muscles? Communicate your goals with the therapist. The amount of pressure is customized to ensure complete comfort and relaxation	$90.00
90 minute massage 90 minute massage tailored to your needs. May include cupping, microcurrent point stimulation essential oils or Theragun (for rapid tension relief). Communicate with your therapist about your goals. The amount of pressure is customized to ensure complete comfort.	$110.00
Warm Bamboo (Hot Stone) Warm bamboo tools are used to knead and glide over muscles to relieve stiffness and increase overall relaxation.	$20.00
Cupping (myofascial release) Included with your massage if appropriate. A section cup is applied to the skin and moved slowly through the muscles. Helps release tight contracted muscles, improve lymphatic drainage, increase blood flow, reduce inflammation and is detoxifying and relaxing.
Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) Included with your massage session if appropriate. A device called Dolphin Neurostim locates and applies a microcurrent to therapeutically active acupuncture and trigger points for the purpose of relaxing muscles and calming the nervous system
Aromatherapy Adding essential oils to your massage can add an additional level of relaxation and healing. Therapeutic grade DoTerra essential oils are used.	$10.00
Scalp or Foot Massage Add an additional 15 minutes to your session to allow the therapist time to focus on providing you with a deeply relaxing scalp or foot massage leaving you with a feeling of deep peace and tranquility.	$15.00
