Service was great on 1st visit, few weeks later called said would call back, 2 weeks went by called again said will call same response so went in to ask she didn’t return call said she was going to Mexico. So asked do I get appointment when back, she didn’t know, so I asked are you taking anymore appointments she said no. So Why lie over and over when you knew on beginning

I had a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails. Was there for hours, upon getting home and only wearing sandals all day. Came home put my slippers and 2hrs., both big toes were smeared. 3 days later 1 complete nail snapped in half. When I called about having my nails repaired due to polish also coming off and chipping. They wanted to charge me. I was absolutely stunned and repulsed that I was told that!! After the money I had paid!! I went to Vanessa’s nails and was charged less,and had a whole new set done!! They are absolutely gorgeous, and have had many people ask where I had them done. I absolutely tell them, Vanessa’s nails!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t know who’s posting the good reviews, but not true. This place is awful! They we’re charging us over $40 dollars and they use cheap chemicals. My friend’s nails turned black. Ended up going somewhere else. At the other place they we’re surprised. They said they used bad chemicals. The owner refused to do my friends nail at Linda’s nail supposedly because he didn’t want to do designs. Too lazy. Lousy place. Crappy work.

I had received a $25 gift certificate to this place from my sweet mother in law, the value was supposed to pay for the full ride. I went with my sister to get almond shaped nails as she does, and for the same price of $25 according to her. But I ended up paying $35 for mine, and it wasn’t all that great. The male that did my nails didn’t clean up the bottom inside of nails, nor around it to make the edges look even. And on top of that he took ages to do all of this, and the paint job was terrible as well. It was messy all together. But I paid what I had to pay and left with intentions of being nice, and not coming back to this place for future occasions.

I was walking around downtown Dade City trying to look for a nice nail salon so I could get a pedicure since I work with skin and nails all week I never have time to do my own. I walk in there asking if I could get a pedicure and literally there wasn’t even really any clients except for one. They tell me they only take appointments even after I told them that I walked all the way there. So I left being as polite as ever but i really don’t know what kind of business doesn’t take clients even if they’re walk ins.

I took my little sister to get a manicure. I had an appointment at 5:30 didn’t get attended until 5:45. I understand some clients take more time they expect but we arrived 15 minutes early and they attended two ladys before us. The man Marcos got mad at something and told Linda “after this client we’re closing.” Linda proceeded to attend my sister and Marcos told her “did you not hear me”. Worse customer service. He thought i didn’t understand spanish. I stopped going there after Marcos gave me attitude about a year ago. I was like maybe they changed and i decided to give them another chance. DO NOT COME HERE. Worse place in Dade city.

This place is the Worst Nail Salon I HAVE WENT TO IN MY LIFE ME AND MY SISTER ARE NEW TO THE AREA AND WENT TO GET OR NAILS AND FEET DON’T I WALKED OUT WITH ONLY MY FEET DON’T AND NEEDLES TO SAY IT WAS A BAD JOB THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALL I WILL NEVER GO BACK IT IS SMALL THEY DON’T DO GOOD WORK AT ALL MY FEET DIDN’T EVEN LOOK DONE IT LOOKED LIKE I DID THEN AT HOME AND MY SISTERS NAILS LOOKED LIKE CRAP AND LIKE IT WAS A FAST HALF ASS JOB THEY SUCK PEOPLE!!!
