Critical: Quality, ValueIt hasn’t even been a week and my nails are chipping. I asked her for acrylics and she ignored me. She asked no questions about what had been done before on my nails (as it was my first time there) and she just did whatever she wanted. I was already sitting, and didn’t think the quality of the product would be this bad. I’m not sure what’s on my nails, but it chipped and broke in just 3 days. It’s not acrylic, or even dip powder. It hasn’t even been a week and my nails are chipping. I asked her for acrylics and she ignored me. She asked no questions about what had been done before on my nails (as it was my first time there) and she just did whatever she wanted. I was already sitting, and didn’t think the quality of the product would be this bad. I’m not sure what’s on my nails, but it chipped and broke in just 3 days. It’s not acrylic, or even dip powder. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI want to first say bisha who does pedicures is awesome if you get the chance to try her! However I’ve been getting my nails done here for a year and half mostly because I love the pedicure so it’s convenient but after last week I am done. My nails were done so bad and I usually never complain but anyone who saw them was like omg don’t go there and when I said I paid 85 dollars for them they were DISGUSTED! So I asked for them to be fixed and then she tried charging me 50 dollars I said no I’m not paying that then she said 45, the owner came over and had me pay 25 because I was mad and there were other customers that could hear and was hurrying me out just saying bye bye bye I can’t believe I was loyal to them for so long … what a jokeI want to first say bisha who does pedicures is awesome if you get the chance to try her!
