Great place. Went for a manicure and pedicure. Both were great. Only complaint, and it’s small, was they offered me a drink (Coke) during my pedicure, and then never brought it. They switched girls on me twice before the third girl sat to do my toe nails, not sure why. But overall a good experience.

The last two times I have had the same guy and he is very personable and fun to talk to. He does a great job and makes sure i like it before he does anything else. The massage chair was really good, and in great shape.I did an eyebrow wax and lip wax and they came right to the massage chair. They did a great job.Dipping Nails service was top notch. I’m a recent client here and I’ve had a good experience with the staff here, but today was completely different. While getting my nails done by the male nail tech he wasn’t listening to what I was asking him to design. I even showed him pictures of what I wanted. He also kept telling me to relax my hand every time he moved my fingers in uncomfortable positions. He kept telling me that I don’t act like I’ve been to a nail salon because my hands weren’t “relaxed”. When he was painting the design I asked him what he was doing and he said that he was doing what the picture showed so I showed him the picture again so he would do what I asked and he continued to ignore what I showed and told me I needed to be patient even though he was doing something I didn’t ask for. When he was finished he asked if I liked it and I told him that I didn’t. He looked at me like he was annoyed and asked me why. I told him that he didn’t do what I asked and he said that he did a French tip, which was not what I asked for. He proceeded to tell me that I should have told him that I didn’t like the nails before he cured them and when I told him that I tried to but he told me to be patient he cut me off and told me that I can’t talk nail tech that way. I told him that he couldn’t talk to me that way. He got annoyed and said that he could cut them shorter and I told him that I didn’t want the nail length shortened and I didn’t have time because I was on a tight schedule. When I went to pay for the nails that I didn’t want I showed him a coupon and he was trying to rip me off by only discounting one service even though it said the entire bill would be discounted. He even tried asking me if it was expired when he can clearly see that it wasn’t. All in all I will not have him as my nail tech and I’m not so sure if I want to return in the future.

Went here for a gel manicure after reading some good reviews. My manicure was chipping and peeling significantly after 5 or 6 days and I hadn’t been hard on my nails and hands at all that week. Disappointed, I’d expect this from a traditional polish manicure but not gel. Gel manicures
