Absolute terrible experience here! The first picture shows the color it should’ve been which was a purplish pink. The second picture is what it ended up looking like, a completely different color! I noticed the way they did the DIP was totally different than everywhere else and just seemed to do the bare minimum which is why the color was so much different. 10/10 don’t recommend coming here for any dip services.

I love that they’re open on Sundays! My favorite station is #7 my nails last for so long that I don’t have to go every two weeks but I can go every three weeks before needing a fill-in for my overlay. And prices are reasonable!

Critical: Quality, ValueVery unsatisfied… I asked to just get my old set removed and do a new set but was assured they can do a fill in and it look just as Nice. The pictures below was the final result. When I approached the tech about the job he was on the phone and very dismissive. I also had my eye brows waxed and the tech wasted wax on my clothes, mask, and nails. She was very apologetic but the overall experience was unacceptable. The sad part is my 10 year old and I were the only two people in the shop at that time 11am in the morning so there was no excuse for poor quality. I spent $130 there and I refuse to spend anymore ever. I will never patronize this location again. I went in yesterday and got my feet and nails done. I picked a specific color for my hands and toenails. As he was doing my nails I told him multiple times that wasn’t the same.color I asked for. He said it was the same just because they hand wrote the number on the bottle. It wasn’t. They keep it dark so its hard to see the color until.you leave.So now my hands and feet are 2 diff colors after paying 63 for a service. Will not be back. Was supposed to get lashes and brows that same visit but I refused to give them anymore money. Then they do what the hell they want. I asked you for 1 service and you do whatever you want
