Everytime I come here everyone is nice to me and the other customers. They go as fast as they can and do their best to give everyone exactly what they want. However people seem to think just because they are paying for a hair style to be done they can talk to the stylists anyway they want and its unacceptable. No one deserves to disrespect anyone just because they want what they want when they want it….shoot Everyone has their own lives to deal with, and everyone has bad days….

One of the stylist was extremely unprofessional. Instead of saying ma’am the hair you brought is to short she says to her co worker this lady came her expecting a miracle in her head, in her native language which is Haitian and not African. People talk nonsense and don’t know the person their talking about may understand them. On top of that she was ruff with parting my scalp did not bother to grease my scalp like the other lady did. At the end result I was not please with my hairstyle and she looks at me with disguste on her face reaction. Non the less my style was prepaid before the completion. Never again…never again. This deserves a no star. The manager as well did not make my complaint causeable after admiting she as well knew the hair I used was to short. Same day 4 braids came out. Next day three more came out. A waste of money. If they would of spoke up I could of want next door and brought the hair length that I needed. Stole my daughter hardworking money from some nonsense. I which she never paid for this. Not everyone in that shop can do hair. If I didn’t have to go do chemotherapy that day I would of argue with her but the appointment time ran over and I had to leave asap.

They don’t talk to their customers and explain what’s happening in their head they work without your knowledge of knowing your hair looks a hot mess. Very unprofessional, Highly Disappointed and a WASTE of money and time.

I called today, and they were able to take me in at the last minute. The quality of their braiding is outstanding. They really listened to what I wanted, and the braiders even made some suggestions as to what would be a good style, and the results were outstanding. I’m really pleased with their professionalism. The shop is also well-maintained, clean, and well-lit and modern. I’ll definitely be going back to them.

I received Senegalese twists. I have a lot of long, thick and kinky natural hair. It took about 5. 5 hours, which is reasonable. Two women worked on my hair, but the main braider was Marie. She was mostly courteous, but two things annoyed me:

Update: 9/10/2022: FYI…CASH ONLY! It has been a while since I’ve had my hair braided, and needed done for travel. My appt. was set for opening time, 8am, it was only a few minutes wait, then I was right in the chair and I was asked what type of braids I wanted, and to confirm, by showing me a picture. Right to work on my head. The braider that worked on me, worked fast and throughout she confirmed with me the length of my braids. She was very meticulous when she cut the fly aways and burning the tips. She did a very good job. I like my braids, and my husband loves them! I mentioned cash only because I didn’t realize she changed the policy. I didn’t see a sign indicating cash only, so it’s important that you know that upfront. Lina was welcoming to everyone that came in for their appointment. She even went to the hair shop with a couple of the customers to make sure they purchased the right type of hair. I’ve read the reviews, and I do understand some may have not had a great experience, but I cannot complain. My braids are great, my braider was attentive and took her time when it really count, and Lina was pleasant and kind to all customers. I will return for another style. Thank You! God Bless

They are extremely unprofessional. I went to get my hair braided at the appointed time and they told me that they could not do my hair even though I made an appointment well in advance. Apparently they do this to a lot of people because I know of other people that have gone there at their appointed time and we’re told that they could not get their hair done.

Loved my hair. Lina took her time and made sure I was a cute before leaving. I also appreciate her for wearing her mask properly the entire time while all others wore theirs incorrectly. Great attitude as well.

New customer; had an appt. when I arrived was told that the person that was supposed to do my hair left for the day. I received no call to inform me not to show up or anything. This is not a good business practice.
