Limitless is a wonderful barbershop! I’ve been going there for years since it was only a tiny room in the back of a salon, and now they have their own storefront up in hopewell. Everyone there is super friendly and easy to talk to. 10/10 definitely recommend

Bad customer service!! I walked in today for a haircut 45 minutes before they closed. The first thing the owner asked was if i had an appointment. I said no and then he looked to a bearded barber and he consulted him regarding my haircut. With an attitude, he said no like he did not want to be bothered. To boot, the owner, who i believe is John, tells me that he is all booked up tomorrow (Sunday). I did not even ask him about Sunday. So in other words walk-ins are not welcome, and don’t bother coming in tomorrow! Since I lived around the corner, it would have been convenient to come here. Must be getting so busy that customers are getting turned away, and rudely, at that. I will be getting my haircut at In The Cut in Fishkill instead – my son got an excellent haircut there (in addition to friendly service and no appointments necessary).

Hands down the best barbershop, it’s never packed where you can sit down, but the barbers always have people in their chairs. They are all friendly and give great haircuts. John, the owner, is a professional and it good at what he does.

Hands down the best true barber shop I’ve been to. Everyone is friendly, including the other customers. I don’t know what Peter Leito is talking about. Any good shop out there you’ll need an appointment. Go to the mall if you want to walk in and get your hair butchered
