I booked a consultation about a month ago, drove to the facility to find it was closed. I then called the number and the mailbox was full so I reached out the the owner via Facebook to see if I could get an answer or reschedule. I was contacted last week, she was nice and apologizes and advised I called back to set an appointment. I’ve called back four times since and no one has answered and the mailbox is still full. I responded again on Facebook advising the owner that the mailbox is still full and she decided not to respond. I really wanted to support a local business rather than going to a chain who doesn’t care about the individual, it’s really unfortunate that seems to be the case here as well.

My facial here was amazing with Caila! She gave me the best facial I have had in a very long time ! I deal with acne and she spent the time and was very knowledgeable about products! I recommend booking with her. I am moving out of the area but I wish I could take her with me ! Y ok I won’t be disappointed !
