It had been approximately 2.5 years since I’d had anything done to my hair. Needless to say, I was pretty lost. I brought multiple screen shots of hair cuts / styles that I like and talked through the look I was trying to achieve. Karen was sooo patient with me. She listened to everything I had to say and looked at the pics on my phone. She is super professional and I felt extremely comfortable with her. Ultimately, she cut 7+ inches of length, cut bangs, multiple layers, and the best partial foil I’ve ever had. My color is perfectly blended, non brassy, and exactly what I asked for.
