Critical: ProfessionalismThe facility is nice, very clean. Service wasn’t so great though. Me and my friends made an appointment, got there on time, and still ended up being the last ones to leave the salon 4hrs later. They did 2 other groups that walked in after us and without appointments before they did ours and made us wait almost 3hrs before they started to actually do our nails. The nails they did were really cute and they’re definitely talented nail techs, but I didn’t get at all what I asked for even though I just wanted a simple nude with flowers. The acrylics also weren’t shaved down as well as they could’ve been and there’s like extra acrylic pooled under the nails.Services: Nail art, Acrylic nailsThe facility is nice, very clean. The facility is nice, very clean. Service wasn’t so great though. Me and my friends made an appointment, got there on time, and still ended up being the last ones to leave the salon 4hrs later. They did 2 other groups that walked in after us and without appointments before they did ours and made us wait almost 3hrs before they started to actually do our nails. I was very disappointed as this was my first time here and I saw great reviews when I looked up a nail place. I asked for a gel manicure, I sat in the seat and an older gentleman prepped my nails, and he took so long cutting my cuticles, and took chunks of skin out of 4 nails. It was painful and burned. Since then I’ve had to clean my fingers, put anti infection crème on and put bandaids on 4 of my nails. The gentleman knew he had cut my finger but still proceeded. Luckily after I said something another women came over and finished which she was awesome. But just frustrated due to the fact of paying for the service but having to wear bandages and worrying about an infection!

Terrible all my manicure get apart in a week and my pedicure my toe nail have an ingrown nail and I tell her to scratch and I need to do it by myself after 2 days. For me’,many customers and they r doing a cheep work. Gel manicures, Pedicure

Lima Nails is a great place to go to have your nails done. It is a very clean environment and all of the nail technicians are very nice and professional. I always make my pedicure appointments with Lee. She does a great job every time and is friendly and professional.
