She told me she won’t be do my manicure, I told her I wouldn’t even let her do my manicure. I asked for my nails square. Critical: Quality, ValueSo I was stuck in Boston a few weeks ago I went in there to get my pinky nail fixed because it had broke before I got to Boston so I went to lily salon only because it was the one closet to the airport and I wasn’t really familiar with the area (never been to Boston) she took my nail off with another nail splitting my natural nail underneath I wasn’t paying attention at the time I was trying to figure out how I was going to get home during the storm, but she applied the acrylic and my natural nail started to burn, I got back home and got my nails off for surgery and my entire pinky nail came of my natural nail too! First time today, Wednesday at 12:30. Lily the owner did my nails full set gel, great job until it started getting busy then she rushed but I am very happy with my nails. Only her another lady working. I would definitely go back if there is more help. Very small place, looked clean. I would go back again best time on a week day in the morning, definitely not on a weekend!

I came here to get my nails done on Saturday and my nail broke 2 days after. I went back on Tuesday to get my nail fixed and the manager was being extremely rude. She said that that I should have gotten a full set instead of a refill and I wouldn’t have a broken nail. I explained that my nail shouldn’t be broken within 2 days and she argued with me. She told me to go back to my old nail salon to get my nails done, mind you this is my first time being here. I received horrible service and will not be coming back to this place.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever been too, they don’t clean a lot of their tools between customers. This one woman had a foot pedicure and his feet looked disgusting, I never saw the lady clean any of the tools after and used them with another customer. DISGUSTING!! Workers are extremely incompetent. Gave this place several chances but they still managed to always screw up real bad.

So I called 2 days before made a 4 pm appointment I walked in at 4:05 pm due to having to find parking. I walked in and said hi…and i got nothing no eye contact nothing. So 10 min went by and i walked over to i think the owner and i said hello…i am here for 4 pm appointment…and she raised her voice and said “YOU LATE…NO DO NAILS TODAY..TOMORROW”! I mentioned i was waiting for 10 min…and she completely blanked me out. About a month after i got stuck at work had an event to go to so i attempted to go again…i called made 4 pm appointment and got there at 345 pm…this time the same woman said pic color i walked over and she goes oh no not that it gel more money…i than said i would like gel on my nails and she then got up and said it 45 dolla…and i said that qas was fine. I guess she was pissy that i said that i dont know but they took 3 other people before me saying oh we do u next we make nail look pretty. I then walked out and will never ever go back. They are unapproachable, rude and unprofessional.
