I started coming here since this salon opened, the staff is amazing! The salon is impeccably clean and lovely. I received a Lily’s Nails & Spa pedicure and wished I had time for a manicure too. The Pedicure Chairs, hot towels are so awesome they offer a very relaxing atmosphere love love this Nail Salon!

Called for an appointment same day and they were able to fit me and my mom in at the same time. Let me say this place was fantastic. It was clean, the staff was friendly and I love the nails they did for me. I brought in a photo, and I gave them my own polish for my feet. We will definitely be returning!

This is my 5th time now going to this salon. I got recommended to this salon by a few friends and decided to give it a shot and let me say that I was highly pleased with my visit. I’ve never tried dipping powder but after over-hearing another customer talk highly of it in the salon I decided to give it a try and I love it. I love this place as we have nothing here like it and never have. It’s very relaxing and Spa like with excellent service. Getting ready to try a Pedicure. Love this place it’s my new spot.

I really enjoy getting my nails done here. My gel polish lasts a long time and my nails look great! All of the nail techs that I have had have been very friendly. I got the basic pedicure and gel manicure and I absolutely love it! For sure going back here again!!

I was searching for salons in Carlsbad with no luck then we were headed to Lily’s Nails for the second half of our trip and this salon was close to our rental. I was able to make a reservation via gg right away as the owner replied very quickly giving me all the info needed about location and parking. If anyone is in the area, come to Lily’s Nails & Spa, you won’t be disappointed!

My first time at Lily’s Nails & Spa today and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very clean and welcoming inside and they got me an appointment for a gel mani/pedi within the hour. They are so nice, the salon is VERY CLEAN AND RELAXING. They were quick and the prices are within budget. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great nail salon. They did a great job and I will return!!!

I went for a set of French tip acrylic nails. I waited 45 minutes for a chair. The guy cut my hands up with the tools to the point I was bleeding. He did not have me wash my hands and Immediately started with the clear coat so all of the dust from the filing under the clear coat. 2 hours later my nails were different lengths, the height of the acrylic was very uneven and they were very rough. Lily said I could go back in and they would fix them for free. 3 hours… later I could not understand what the lady was asking me and I told her I just wanted them fixed but the same. She started painting them white. I asked what she was doing and see said I fix I fix. She painted them white and then put a clear coat on and told me I owed her 10.00 for painting. I asked why they are white that I wanted them like the style was when I came in but fixed. She started raising her voice and Another employee came over and asked me what my problem was. I said why do I have to pay for them to fix my nails that they messed up on yesterday. They then started talking back and forth with another guy across the room. By this time Everyone in the building was starting by this time. I was pretty embarrassd at this point and said never mind. Needless to say I will not be back.
