I called in to schedule an appointment since where i usually go is always over booked. Tommy took me in the same day with no hesitation even though he was very booked up i was his last client. I am supper picky with shape and who does my nails & off the back i got a great vibe with him when i met him, my nails came out supper amazing and he cleaned all my cuticles am definitely going back and now he is my new nail tech Thanks Tommy

I am so upset by my interaction at Lily’s nails. I decided to go there because my regular nail place has been filing off my gel polish and it has damaged my nails. They said they don’t do removal so I decided to go to a new place. When I went into Lily’s I told them I wanted my gel polish removed and new polish applied. They also tried to file and I just explained my experience and how important it was to me to have them removed properly and not filed off because I was trying to protect my nails. The process took about an hour and 30 minutes. I had no idea it takes that long to remove gel polish and I was running into an issue with having to get home because my husband had an appointment. So as she was finishing taking the polish off I let her know unfortunately I would not be able to get new polish applied because I’m simply out of time. She kept asking me to stay telling me she would do a quick job just 10 more minutes and she would throw some polish on. I told her I apologize I really can’t I must go My husband is going to be late for his appointment so unfortunately I’m going to have to come back to have gel polish put on either later that night or another day. When I got up to pay the manager Tommy was very nasty to me. He told me it was my fault it took so long that if I would have let them file it off it would have been quicker and I would have had my service complete. I told him I was under the impression having it removed properly is healthier for my nail which is what the tech told me. I wasn’t upset that I couldn’t finish the process as it was my fault I had to go. He just snarked at me, rolled his eyes and said well you requested so it’s your fault it didn’t get done in time. Again I agree and I understand I didn’t realize it takes as long as it did to remove the polish as this was my first time having it done properly. He rolled his eyes at me AGAIN. And then proceeded to charge me $30 for having the gel removed. Asked me if I was paying cash I told him I didn’t have cash. He said well I will have to charge you more to tip. Now at this point I already thought $30 was a lot for gel removal but I had to go so I paid it. I couldn’t believe he was being so rude and making a scene in front of the other customers I will NEVER go back there!! I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY HAVE POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS QUITE FRANKLY I THINK THAT THEY ARE FAKE. Beware

My sister in law and I had The Best experience at Lily’s Nails and Spa. This was our first visit here after trying various nail salons in and around the LV. Let me share with you guys, this is by far 1 of, if not The Best Nail Salon in the LV! Very meticulous nail work by both technicians in a very soothing and friendly environment. Don’t believe me? Tommy did my nails. I did not have an appointment but had my dip powder on 3 weeks prior so there was not much to remove. I had gel manicure put on and he charged me $35 for the gel and $10 to take the dip off! He did not tell me in advance either. What a rip off! It took less time and the gel wore off in 4 days. I only wish I had read.other reviews before I went in. I will NOT go back.

I was 15 minutes late and they graciously served me anyway. I’m not sure of the name of my nail tech, but she was friendly and professional. This was my first visit to this salon so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My nails turned out great. I got a full set of acrylic’s with gel dip and a French tip. I rescheduled for a fill before I left. This salon is comfortable and clean and the prices are good. I was happy with the results when I walked out.
