The lady that works here is amazing. The guy on the other hand.. he did my acrylic nails today and they were done horrible. During the entire appointment he had an attitude and kept saying stuff was my fault when I was just sitting there? Anyway when he was doing my nails he made me bleed on two on my nails. They are very crooked.

I went to Lily’s nails salon in mentor couple days ago. I got full set and I’m so happy with how my nails came out. I asked the guy for coffin shape and he did an awesome job, he took the time to shape them so nice and also made sure the gel polish got fully dry.( last 4 pictures from my last visit last week)

The lady that does nails here needs retrained. She ruined acrylics for me honestly. She kept cutting me after I told her she did it and she made me bleed and than said I was sensitive. Never will I return to this place. They do not change out the sanding bands in between clients that right there should have been a red flag but my sister for some odd reason loves this place she gets hers done by the man though so if you do go request him because the woman is a -10 for me.

honestly would give them a zero if i could. i took my little sister and friend here to get nails done for my birthday and he was very rude and aggressive. the lady there on the other hand was very polite to my little sisters but there was a hair in her nail! there were also spiders crawling on the wall. i also showed the man who did my nails a design and he didnt even do it right. never going back there.

The man, who seemed to be the owner was very ruse to me? I am not a regular but was going out of town and thought I would get nails done while by my docs office? I had a stroke several years ago and explained that my left hand would probably be somewhat stiff as I have spasticity, he kept yelling at me that if I didn’t relax he couldn’t do my nails? I cant relax it just because your yell at me? And yelling makes it worse cuz it get nervous? I had him polish toes the same color. So I had a fill,2 nails fixed,and a toe polish. change and he charged me $54.69.? I told him that seemed high, then he argued with me saying he now rip off, in said, seems like it, he now rip off? So embarrassing and Rude!

I went there to get a dip manicure with my mom on a Friday night by Saturday I had 3 nails broken already. I go in on Sunday to get them fixed the guy is very rude about. The next day 2 of the 3 that were fixed are broke AGAIN and another one that wasn’t broke before. I will never visit this nail salon again Manicure

Got a dip on my nails they showed cracks the next day. They have a sign no refunds so I didn’t go back. Four days now and the nails are peeling off from cuticle on to tip. Quoted 45 for dip and two tips. Charged 47.80 for only dip . I now remember why I did not go back.
