This place does not offer soak offs for synthetic nail removal. They pull the nails off by hand which is very damaging to the nail plate. Also they reuse nail files/buffers (very unsanitary and can cause nail infections). Please be aware of this things at any nail salon you choose to go to! Synthetic nail removal

I didn’t have to wait but the person who did my manicure didn’t really do much. He filed my nails a little , cleaned under them then painted them and that’s it. No hand rub with lotion no cuticle removed. The whole manicure took less than 20 minutes. I won’t be going back. Manicure

Trust the reviews and don’t waste your time here! Lumps all over my nails. Wouldn’t even let me wash the nails dust off after filing and put a clear coat over top of it. I go here often to get my nails done over the past number of months. They take me in quickly or within 20 minutes (usually faster) as a walk-in (appointments also welcome). Usually I get professional, courteous people working with me who do a wonderful job on my nails. They are clean well organized, have a lot to choose from in styles and colors. With affordable prices I’m able to leave a nice tip.

So I took my girlfriend out to get her nails done, and at first the service was fine. As it came to our turn though the man the helped us started to change a bit. He became irritable with other customers that were waiting in line and would give up their spots if he told them they could go out and come back at a set amount of time. As for my personal experience it wasn’t so good either. I was charged 70 dollars and the nails were unfinished when we left the establishment. He was pushy and a bit more rough on the nails than he had needed to. I won’t be taking my girlfriend to this place again, and I don’t reccomend choosing Lilly’s Nails for the fact that there are specific employees that lengthen the amount of time it would normally take just so they have the right to charge you more.

I came in for a deluxe pedi and a full set. My pedicure went fairly well, I suppose, but im very disappointed in my fingernails. I asked for a cross between stiletto/almond shape, and I wanted some gems along the cuticle and a matte top coat. My acrylics are bumpy and uneven. the tip shape is inconsistent and rough. There is virtually no apex on any of my fingers and she didnt do anything to my cuticles except using her own fingernail to push 2 of them back which was quite painful. Additionally, ive lost almost half my gems… and it’s only been 48 hours I will be going back to the salon today to see if they can make it right, because for $75 I am VERY unhappy. This is what I would expect for $30… not 75.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWish I would have read the reviews before my visit!!!My friend invited me to go get my nails done as a birthday gift. They sat us down next to each other. A lady started doing her nails first. My nail tech walked in and started doing my nails. She was rushed and rolled her eyes when I told her she was too rough. Then when she was finished gluing the tips on I told her the nails were not straight she said “not done, I’ll fix them with file” she continued my nails and added the dip powder.. she dipped my nails twice in the powder and told me to go wash my hands and she would put gloss. I told the nail tech that my were lumpy and still crooked. She said my nails are naturally like that and she can’t do nothing. I left to wash my hands and she asked me if I liked them and when I replied no she started being rude and yelling.. she said I should have said something since the beginning that way someone else could have done my nails. My friend then asked if my nails could be fixed cause she didn’t want to pay for them until I was satisfied.. and she said yeah “ you don’t want to pay I’ll cut them off” and I told her okay cut them and remove them all. They was even more rushed and rough removing the nails dipped my cut nail in acetone.
