It’s a great place to have your hair, nails and feet done! The staff is okay, friendly. Took one of my clients that has beginning dementia and they treated her like a normal human being with respect even though I had to sit near her to keep her calm.

This as my second time. Friendly staff and good quality. I prefer regular gel even though they will ask if you want powder. A few if my nails are a bit bumpy but that wasnt my experience the first time. Hoping it was just an old polish issue. Love the matte top coat

I love Lily’s! I have been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years now. Lily and her staff learned my name day one!! Everytime I visit, which is not as often as you would imagine, they still greet me by name, ask about my family by name, and provide amazing service. I feel like family. They have great hair salon services (my 16 year old son gives 5 stars) along with nail and massage services ( I recommend the pedicure and massage!!).

Ms Lilly greeted me at the door and set me up with two wonderful women pedi and mani. Ms Lilly made sure I was comfortable with what she thought was the best for me. My nails are beautiful my feet feel great. I’ve never been to a mail place that was this wonderful an experience.

Went here for the first time today, they pay close attention to detail and prices are fair ($35 gel manicure), gel seems like good quality! I will be returning to Lily’s!

They do the best spa pedicures EVER. so worth the money. I always go for a French gel pedicure, bc I like to do the classic spa or the green tea pedicure and I love it every time. Every single person I go to does a great job with my toes.

Received a rushed and mediocre pedicure this afternoon. After being placed at the dryer, I mentioned to an employee that I didn’t feel air circulating, to which she mumbled something about them being old/not functioning. After flicking the switch myself, I realized that the nail tech hadn’t even turned it on. I guess she was too busy looking to do a spa pedicure. This lack of concern along with the lackluster and rushed pedicure will be the reason I go elsewhere in the future. Lastly, the way in which these employees constantly push for upgrades is really annoying. Note to staff: Guess what? Sometimes us busy folks have jobs and kids at dance class to get back to. Sometimes getting a mani/pedi isn’t the leisurely act of self care that it should be…so I don’t need your looks of dismay when I decline an upgrade for a 2nd or 3rd time. I get that a higher priced service should equate to a larger tip, but here’s a novel thought, some of us very busy folks value respect and speed and quality of service and WILL absolutely tip you above the norm because we recognize your effort despite the $25 service (crazy, right??). Try treating all of your customers the same regardless of the cost of the service…just a thought.

Got a horrible nail infection from the manicure and pedicure. the instruments are not sanitized properly since it’s constant people coming in. It doesn’t have enough time to get sterilized properly. Had to go to the ER for the infection it became sepsis. beware don’t go there!!! Owner will not take any responsibility I have a lawsuit pending with them!

I’ve been going to this location for a year. However, today I had an horrible experience. Normally I would go to Michelle or Emily for my $40 spa pedicure. Unfortunately, Michelle no longer works there. Why? Idk. I asked the owner Lily what happened to her and she replies “she just doesn’t work here anymore.” Since Michelle doesn’t work there anymore I went to someone else named Lisa. I was patiently waiting in the pedicure chair because the salon was super crowded. Lisa walks up to me with an attitude saying “do you want me or Emily? ” I replied “I’ll take you.” I should’ve picked Emily instead especially since Lisa had an attitude. I just decided to give her a try to see how good she does pedicures. Lisa begins the pedicure and as time went on I told her she’s doing a good job. We giggled, we told each other our names, and I told her “I’ll come to you now because your good as well.” She was happy and said thank you. Lily has these cards where if you complete 10 visits you’ll get a free 10 min massage or free manicure. I let Lisa give me a free 10 min leg massage. She completes the pedicure and I make my way to the drying area. I gave her a new card to sign for the 10 visits. She signed it and I paid the bill. When Lisa gave me my receipt, I put a $5 tip on it. I said in a polite tone, “I tipped you $5.” Lisa looked at the receipt and said “$5 ”. She asked for the 10 visits card, I handed it back to her, which I was confused because she already signed it. She walked over to the counter where Lily was standing and took a pen and scribbled all over her name. Lisa handed the 10 visits card back to me and then walked away. Lily witnessed everything. So I looked at Lily and politely called her name. Lily made eye contact with me and turned her head. We made straight eye contact with one another so she definitely heard me. I called her name again. She’s continued to ignore me and started pretending like she was looking for something. All I wanted to ask Lily is what’s wrong? Why did Lisa scribble her name off. I am a young adult and a great paying customer. In that moment, I felt like I was being discriminated because I am young. Age discrimination. That’s a real thing. I went over to my mother which she was getting a manicure and told her I’m not coming back here and told her what happened. When I sat back down at the drying area, Lily asked for the card with the scribble on it and gave me a new card with her (Lily) name on it. I asked Lily “what’s wrong? Why did Lisa do that?” She started speaking to Lisa in their language and Lily said to me “Everything ok. Everything fine.” Lily knows that I am a regular customer. For her to ignore me was extremely wrong and uncalled for especially witnessing what Lisa did. As a owner and as a leader, that’s not how you handle good regular paying customers. The only reason why Lily came over and gave me a new 10 visits card is because she saw me go over to my mother. My mother is a good paying customer as well and she tips Gensille very well. She’s probably the only one who tips over $30 in that location. If I didn’t get up and go over to my mother, I believe Lily wouldn’t have given me a new card with a signature. If Lily thought giving me a new card is the best solution, then her way of resolving issues is bad. Even when my mother asked Lily what’s going on? She says “oh no everything is ok.” Everything is not ok. Whether if I am young or old you’re suppose to treat ppl equally regardless of their age, race, gender, etc. I highly believe that if I was white, Lisa and Lily wouldn’t have acted that way. Predominantly there are Caucasian people who go here and I’ve witnessed them getting spa pedicures and only tipping Lisa between $3-$5 and Lisa would smile in their face. They didn’t receive any disrespectful treatment like how I did. Instead, she was comfortable enough to treat me with disrespect. I always tipped Michelle and Emily $5 and they were always appreciative. It’s 2022. Any form of discrimination or racism needs to stop. Furthermore, my mom & I will be finding a new location
