I went to Lily’s for the first time to get my first mani/pedi since 2019. I chose Lily’s based on a recommendation and because the accepted walk ins. I was so happy with my entire experience! The pedicure was relaxing and my gel manicure looks absolutely amazing. V was so sweet and did such a great job. She applied three coats without asking and ensured I was pleased throughout the entire process. I am planning to make Lily’s my go to salon and I will always request V.

Took my 4 year old daughter to Lily’s on a Tuesday evening at 5pm. We walked in and were greeted by a nail technician. She asked “How can we help you?” I responded “My daughter would like her fingernails and toenails polished.” Another technician (whom I believe is the owner because I have been to this salon before) rudely responded, shouting from the back of the salon, “We are too busy!” At which time, I look around the almost empty salon and counted 4 technicians, 3 customers and NO ONE waiting to be seen. Ok, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt – Maybe they were expecting an influx of people, by appointment, at any moment? Not sure – But I do know, the more professional response should have been something to the effect of, “I am so sorry. We are very busy right now. Would you like to wait or would you like to come back another time?” Nope – we just got an abrupt “We are too busy!” The tone of her voice and lack of customer service did not sit well with me. We won’t be back.

Nail tech was nice but I feel she was not in the mood to work today or something because she did a very mediocre job on my nails. 1 – gel nail polish has bubbles and is not painted down to the edge and sides of the nail 2- old nail polish was left on edges of nails 3- asked to get my nails cut down shorter, she said no and just filled them 4- cuticles where not pushed just cut and she cut too deep and made me bleed 5- I have dry gel polish on my finger tips 6- gel polish was not drying properly with the UV light so it looks all busted plus I had to keep putting my hands under the lamp a bunch of times.

Worst experience ever. I have my sister’s wedding coming up and we’re wearing blue dresses, so I picked a pale, almost white, pink. I sent her a picture beforehand of the color I was picking, to make sure she liked it. I’ve never done dip nails before and I told the nail tech this at the beginning. When we started she told me it’d be $50 because I was adding tips to the dip. I thought that was pricey, but it was for a special occasion so I went through with it.

Had an amazing experience here the ladies very nice and talented. I was surprised by how they treated by 6 year old daughter. This was her 1st experience in a nail shop. Maleighna did my little girls feet and nails she went above and beyond expectations. They definitely have a new customer.

The owner is not friendly and doesn’t say one word to you. They arrive late but call you to see if you are coming. The selection of gel colors are in complete disarray. You do not feel appreciated and she will file your skin and cuticles to the flesh. My cuticles are peeling rn. Acrylic nails
