I rarely ever have to wait unless they are busy which is understandable. The girl who does my powder nails is spot on! I give her a quick idea of what I want and I get perfection every time. I called last week to make an appointment for manicure. The owner of this store is rude and very disrespectful. Every time I call, everything is a NO. The last time I was there, the people that are regulars were treated like some celebrity. Since I am not there all the time, he didn’t even bother to say hello. The girls are really nice but I don’t need a second class citizen like treatment over nails. They have lost my business for good and I used to recommend them to friends but now I only tell them if you are up for dealing with the mean owner definitely try this place. If there was negative stars options, I will give them -5 for customer service and overall satisfaction

Just left the salon with some gorgeous, powder dipped nails!!! Me and a friend went and had a great experience! They took their time to make sure the nails were shaped correctly and were very friendly throughout the process. The selection for powder was amazing also, they even do ombre styles! Highly recommended, no appointment was needed as we got there around 4:30pm on a weeknight, other times may be busier though, but we walked right in and sat down.

I showed up on time, and there were two people who had just started their appointments, FOUR people waiting to start their appointments. We moved up to Dutchess county area 5 years ago. My wife was looking for a nail place. She stumbled upon lilys and hasn’t stopped going there since. I have even started joining her. The place changed ownership semi recently and it seems it has gotten better. Its a very clean place and the people are extremely nice. I cant speak highly enough of Tony and Lucy (the owners) and their employees. They do great work and take their time. Prices are very fair as well. I put this up because mostly people will put a review when something bad happens and when you have a great experience especially for such a long period of time you tend to over look and just keep going back. Figured I would throw this up to help those looking for a place.

1st visit nail tech cut my cuticle never acknowledged it & continued like it didnt happen or it wasnt burning me. 2nd visit the tech filed my nails so hard & thin it hurt! My nails were done on Friday by Sunday my 1st nail cracked so low bc it was filed SO thin-by Wednesday two more nails cracked I had to glue them Now here we are a week & a half with 4 nails glued! I was trying to hold on for two weeks bc it will now cost more $ bc I have to now put tips on my over filed nails – & I will NOT be going back to Lilys.
