Came in for a mani pedi. They didn’t do a great job applying the polish I had to ask them to fix a few nails that were done sloppy. They didn’t file nice, just shaved down my nail. Overall not great experience.

Went in to get a manicure and needed to be in touch with my husband to let him know when to pick me up and I told the person doing my nails that. Tried to send message but the person doing my nails, took my phone out of my hand and moved my phone and stuck my hand into the uv dryer while I was sending a voice note. I told her I understood that if my nails got ruined it was on me but I was very displeased with the forcefulness when I was just trying to communicate with my husband and I communicated if the nails got ruined I would be okay with it

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. I wish I could rate 0, but then I couldn’t leave my experience. The owner smells awful, and I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My nails are uneven, and the gel is chipping. She burned me multiple times when grinding my acrylic. She also got an attitude because I asked her to fix them. I have to re paint my nails. I’m extremely upset. I want my money back to be frank. Don’t go here.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst nail salon I’ve EVER been to. Completely didn’t listen to what I wanted. Completely botched my nails, the shape is awful and I have lines throughout. Them. Wanted to charge me extra for everything. If you go here I would recommend you make sure they’re doing what you want and that they understand. I would recommend going to any other salon in the area if you can.

After driving around 40 minutes on a Sunday trying to find a nail salon that was open, I realized just how many salons had incorrect hours on Google. Most said they opened at 9:30 or 10 even on Sunday. Lily’s was the exception. They opened exactly when they said they would and even let me in a few minutes early because I had been waiting in my car. My pedicure was wonderful and the leg massage was amazing. (Unfortunately I neglected to get the technician’s name but it wasn’t the owner.) I highly recommend Lily’s. Lily’s is closed on Saturdays in observance of community rules.
