Positive: ProfessionalismThe owner, Lily, and her co-worker/ owner Jamie— are those types of GENUINELY warm, hospitable — yet professional and skilled— individuals sometimes hard-to -find.Show Professional and Individual integrity.First, rather than pretend to so-called specialize in 100 different services— they do Hair—WELL. They know the science and craft of it.They are able to accommodate their Clients’ wishes— but in manner that demonstrates that they are Artists who know their craft and what will REALISTICALLY work vs not.:) I am No ‘homecoming queen’ / ‘day dream believer’— I Wish!— and there are only so many miracles one can do with hair but —Lily did it with my color. She brought out hues that look Natural yet with full Vibrant, Newly purchased Crayola marker color look— ie NOT watered down yet.Salon’s ambiance is open and refreshing but Not in the dulling sort of way— I leave vibrant and so does my hair!* MOST important — Lily shows genuine caring for her customers in a way FAR above-and-beyond that to be professionally ‘expected’ of any establishment. Longer story here — the origins of which were a fault on MY part— but this young owner is a person one would be Honored and Privileged to know as a friend, colleague or co-worker.Her warmth, professional expertise — and respect for her customers— Shows. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been looking for someone that can cut hair for two years. Most barbers/stylists used clippers extensively. I used to get my haircut at my place in the city and it was fantastic. All scissor over come with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker. I finally found a really talented stylist. Lilly is a real proffesional. I drove by and figured I would give this a shot given my last haircut was from Edward ClipperHands. Total train wreck. I popped in went through the formalities, got the hair wash, sat down and then the show started. Lilly discussed my hair, what I want, and how she planned to go about the cut.She cuts hair incredibly. I have had cuts all over country traveling for work and I had some great stylists in SF, LA, NY. She is right up there with the best. I normally don’t go through the b.s. of writing reviews but Lily deserves accolades for fantastic work.She could charge 20 bucks more and it would still be a good deal.Once people figure this out I am sure prices will go up. I have been looking for someone that can cut hair for two years. Most barbers/stylists used clippers extensively. I used to get my haircut at my place in the city and it was fantastic. All scissor over come with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker. I finally found a really talented stylist. Lilly is a real proffesional.
