The pedi was great cant complain but I had the worst experience when it came to my nails. First she told me she could do what I wanted (nude ombre) when it came time to do my nails she did the white and pink ombre only you could see the line I told her this isn’t what I wanted then she tells me she ran out of that color, I could go on and on long story short she messed up my nails 3 times before we just painted them. Went to this place for the first time today for a pedicure and full set. The pedi was great cant complain but I had the worst experience when it came to my nails. First she told me she could do what I wanted (nude ombre) when it came time to do my nails she did the white and pink ombre only you could see the line I told her this isn’t what I wanted then she tells me she ran out of that color, I could go on and on long story short she messed up my nails 3 times before we just painted them. Disappointed, after reopening from being closed during Covid, yes they put plastic covers in the water bins but you could tell they had been used before. They did put plastic shields up but I used to spend about forty dollars for pedicure with callous remover and a paraffin wax and a gel polish manicure. This time after tip it was over seventy dollars, I won’t be going back, I will have to go to the beauty school down the road a mile in Tolleson. I’m sad to leave them as I have been loyal for years but money is tight and I just can’t afford them and I don’t like used plastic covers being used.

Waste of time and money coming here, I will never return or recommend this place. They’re not sanitary all around, tubs have no plastic barriers and tools are not packaged or sterilized. I went in for a simple pedicure with callus removal, price states it would be $24.99. And I also got my underarms waxed. She stated was $12. When I went to the front to pay it was $50. But couldn’t tell me exact prices for the gel pedi and wax or what the extra $15 charge was applied to. When I questioned it, the lady acted like she didn’t understand me. I shouldn’t have paid at all and just walked out of there. I am noticing now, which I’ve never had an issue with, skin peeling from the bottoms of my feet only 4 days after service. And the very next day my armpits were irritated when I had very little hair to start with, unhappy with this place and myself for paying for such poor quality of service.

They do an excellent pedicure for a decent price. The wait times would be lessened if they had more staff during the day. Oh- hot wax- please touch the paraffin prior to setting it on your clients feet. That stuff can scald and that’s not safe

Anisa and her team were so welcoming to me last minute.. and she even offered to stay after closing to get my pedi done because it’s Valentine’s day and they’d be booked! We both walked out at 8pm n they close at 7. She was wonderful and did a lovely job..I think I found a new home. I give them 5 stars for service and quality
