I am a huge fan of Lilly’s foot spa. Especially my favorite massage therapist Robert! He is amazing! I have tried everyone and he is simply the BEST! HOWEVER, the female in the spa speaks so loudly to the staff that it is totally disruptive and annoying. The owner needs to remind everyone it is a spa and not an amusement park! The prices have increased recently and I don’t mind at all because it is still reasonable. Robert is the best and the only one who speaks softly. I get that they have to communicate but they can speak softly not yell across the room!! I visit every week and have been a huge fan for over 10 years. Thanks to Robert I will continue to return! Please quiet the others!

Giving this a two star only because my feet actually feel better. However, the lady that I got was very aggressive and mean. She didn’t listen when I told her to use a little less pressure. She was also going too fast and didn’t handle my feet with much care. She also made me feel uncomfortable when I went to pay with a credit card as I didn’t have much cash. I tipped her and she made what I believe to be a snarky comment (don’t speak their language but her body language said enough) to the other guy while shaking her head and not saying thank you. Will never ever return! Customer service is just as important as the massages and I received no customer service here.

I have visited this place two times..The First time for a body message.. it was so good but the next time I went for a foot message and The lady that did it did her job way too fast. disapointing, I looked at everyone else and they were getting their massages done nice and slow. My lady was doing it so fast I couldn’t relax because I kept looking at the time and realizing… how my friend and I started at the same time, Her guy was on her left leg and she was already 5 minutes on my right leg. I like the place so I will go again to try one of the guys.

Good service! My feet were very happy after all, my husband and I fell asleep during the 60min massage regretfully, too relaxed, lol! The couch was super comfy, temperature was good, the place was quiet, price was very reasonable 30 bucks for 60min, it’s not a fancy room, light was dark, furnitures were aged, definitely not for selfie, but if you are looking for “pure” massage service, it’s a good choice.

Called for a 3:00 appointment . They were running 15 minutes late. I was only in the chair by the front door when a woman comes in making a lot of noise that she had a 3:00. She made a big stink they asked to see my phone . Said I had called the Larchmont location. Untrue. And told me to leave. I was furious. I checked the number I called on my phone and the number in the window and I had definitely called this location. I believe she was a regular . Horrible experience and no evidence of hand washing between clients.

Staff talked the whole time, not relaxing at all: the whole time the guy massaging my feet was talking to the massage guy next to him. Laughing and very loud. Will never go back cheap and still a waste

My go to spot! Great massages! Shout out to Michael and his staff. Found this place by accident at first. I love going to get foot massages, especially. The prices are very reasonable!
