The massage was actually good but the attitude left me feeling really uncomfortable and stressed out–not how you want to feel after a massage. I didn’t mind the talking amongst the employees and the communal space. I thanked the therapist for a job well done, paid by credit card, and gave him an 18%cash tip. He just sat there counting the bills with an air of disgust and making comments (which I couldn’t understand) to his colleagues. He didn’t even say goodbye. Maybe I should have given him 20%, but that doesn’t warrant being rude to your customers. I walked out upset. I have been to many massage places over the years and never felt so humiliated. I will not return–ever….I could have become a loyal customer bringing in greater tips but that’s not their business m.o.

You can’t beat it for the price. Yes, sometimes they talk to each other and sometimes you hear noise from upstairs. However, for $38 to have a 60 minute massage is pretty good. I’ve been going for years and never had a problem. And for that kind of money I give $50 which is a 32% tip. They are not refilling your coffee cup…they are non-stop massaging for an hour. It won’t kill you to give a bit more. They were closed down during the first part of COVID and I doubt they are getting rich off these jobs.

We go for a leg/foot massage everytime I’m in NY, which is evey 6wks. It’s everything I need: quite, dark, relaxing and friendly. I get the same guy which I have dubbed “Magic Hands” and he has just that. Next time I’m in town I’m trying the hour massage. Can’t beat the prices either!!.

My favorite massage place! Its small but quite comfortable. The massage therapists are Awesome and very considerate! They don’t speak great English but I have never had a problem getting them to understand what I need! Good prices!

Critical: ProfessionalismWe showed up on time for our appointment. There were two other women there claiming they had one as well, even though they were not in the book. The gentlemen called the women who makes the appointments and she confirmed our appointment was listed not the other women. Instead of them telling them sorry and asking them to leave they allow them to just go sit down. After a few minutes of listening to all of them argue we had heard enough and left. At that point we no longer wanted to give them our business. Of course Lily’s tried to call back and apologize, but we told them they should’ve told the other women to leave and to please not call us again. We would not recommend. If you get the right person the massage can be very good. The most annoying part is how they all keep talking to each other while you are trying to relax. It’s suppose to be a relaxing and tranquil experience. How can it be when they are non stop talking especially the woman. With that said, I still visit because the right person working on you can be delightful. They just need to quiet down.
