I have been a client of Mrs.Lily for about 10 years or more. She is the best of the best. I drive over 30 minutes every two weeks to get my brows threaded and my eyelash extensions. I am always satisfied with her service. My lash extensions sometimes last up to three weeks instead of my two week sessions.She is a professional in what she does and it doesn’t take her long because she is experienced in what she does. I highly recommend this business.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIve been a customer since she pretty much opened around 2015 and lily always gets me looking right! I don’t trust anyone else besides her with my eyebrows! Literally went months without getting them done so that she could do them. Ive been a customer since she pretty much opened around 2015 and lily always gets me looking right! I don’t trust anyone else besides her with my eyebrows! Literally went months without getting them done so that she could do them. I did however try to do them myself the day before this and thought I messed them up but as always, she did a great job and was able to make them look great! Love it here!!

Came in today at lily’s eyebrow and beauty for some individual eyelash extension. Since I’m going on a trip tomorrow and won’t be back in a month. I should have known as soon as she started something did not feel right..first she did not put the bottom eye pads for the lower lashes and of course when opening my eyes they were closes together!! from the adhesiv! She pulled one of my lower lashed to removed it since it was stuck (hurt like a hell) swallowed the pain let her continue. Not gonna lie she finished in about 15 min or less, which made me concerned usually they finish in about 1 hour or more taking their time on individual eyelashes. I looked at my lashes in the mirror, but did not looked like she added it to all of my lashed, she just clumped them together in between lashes. Then as soon as i went outside 3 fell out from the wind and 2 more looked loose. Came back to the store to tell her about what happened and she added some. Its 10:41pm now and more than half had fallen out. Please!! but please!! anyone wanting eyelashes extensions go to a professional place were they can take their time and care for your lashes, which they will charge at lease $100 but, better safe then sorry. Getting a refund tomorrow! Don’t get me wrong she is really nice person, but her work is not professional.

Look i have been going to this place for about 4 or more years and i love it here but i went today needing to get my brows done and left with my brows extremely separated and and miss shaped i literally cried as i left but keep in mind it wasn’t lily’s fault its the new guy that is working there i totally recommend to not get him im sorry but i will not be returning

Asked her to please not to take too much of my eyebrows and they’re almost all gone. She didn’t listen at all and told me the last person who did my eyebrows did them wrong. I was in shock when I left. Didn’t listen to me at all! I now have to wait for my eyebrows to.grow back in. Even my friends noticed from a picture how much she took from the wrong place. Completely wrong shape.
