This place is inexpensive for a reason. My hair has never been so damaged. She left the bleach in my hair while doing other costumers’ hair, because she was distracted my hair was fried to the point that it started falling off while she took of the foils. When Lily started brushing my hair after she washed out the bleach more hair continued to fall and she told me I needed treatment that would cost me an extra 40$. Besides my hair being damaged to the point that I have split ends all the way to my scalp, my hair looked completely different from the reference picture I showed her. Yes, she is a friendly person but that’s not enough to run a successful beauty salon.

After good reviews on FB I decided to give this place a shot. I went in for a 9 am appointment with Lily for a cut and color (balayage) and didn’t leave until after 4:30 pm. So already the process was excessively long. Part of the reason was because she got my color wrong. I brought in a picture of how I wanted it and she said no problem I can do it. After she washed my hair I wanted to cry because it was almost completely blonde, whereas I only wanted a touch of highlights! She said it was an easy fix. She dyed some of the highlights to match the color of my roots. Once she was done a second time, it looked mildly better but it was NOTHING like how I had wanted. I was so done with this lady and this place I just paid and left before I got mad enough to say something ugly. Once out in daylight I looked in my mirror and saw that my “ash blonde” highlights were orange. Freaking orange!!! I will NEVER go back.
