I have never had a stylist this great in N.C. and I’ve been living here for 15 years. She also cut my hair in perfect layers and applied the most beautiful color I’ve ever had. By the way, she mixed the color herself from an assortment of colors until she achieved the perfect match for my hair. I literally cannot say enough about Lilly.
