If I could do a negative numbered rating I would. I had never been here before, but Hannah came highly recommended by a friend. I called and scheduled an appointment 24 hours ahead of time, specifically spoke to Hannah, and talked about what I was wanting, that I was referred to her, and set it up for the next day. I gave her all of my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. We ended the call with a “see you tomorrow.” I show up to my appointment at 5:33, a whopping 3 minutes late, and find the door LOCKED. I called them repeatedly with no answer, no voicemail option, knocked on the door, NOTHING. I never received a call to tell me they had to close early (BECAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 7PM) and we would need to reschedule. No signs were posted on the door explaining an early closure either. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming to this establishment.
