Not only did it take them 30 minutes beyond my appointment time to even get me in, but after my pedicure was done they expected me to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes to even start my nails! Maybe you shouldn’t take so many walk-ins if you can’t handle your already scheduled appointments! That’s just bad business. I have no desire to support a business that doesn’t respect my time. It’s sad because they did a good job.

I keep hearing that they will be right with me. I realize that businesses cannot always be on time, but this is unacceptable. Poor time management as well as poor public relations on their part.
