I used to frequent this salon often and had no issues. But today I had an appointment for a no-chip pedicure. Instead of letting the previous no chip polish soak off they insisted on using the drill to take off my old polish. I asked for them to be soaked but she told me it takes a lot longer. I understand that the length of time it takes to soak off polish. I then stated that the drill is damaging to the nails. She stated that a no chip polish is damaging as it is. I guess their philosophy is to damage nails even more. Very confused by this service. Never have I been to a nail salon that would rather use the drill than soak off the old no chip polish. Very disappointed. I will not be returning.

I have been going to this nail salon for years because of their friendliness and service. In fact I live a half an hour away with many nail salons around and haven’t found one yet that has the nail color selection and service. But over this past year it has been a bit disappointing as it appears they are going from quality to quantity. I usually get a regular pedicure and no chip manicure. One of the times the no chip was pealing off in one week and thought it may be a one off situation, but I just went again last Wednesday before my vacation and two nails are already chipping. It’s so disappointing. I’ll be in search and checking out other salons due to this.

I had a full set done on a Monday night and 9 out of 10 nails came off by Sunday. The polish was chipping the next day. They did not ask what shape I wanted and filed them into squares down to my finger tips.

Manicurist did a so-so job.Cut nails shorter than I would have liked.On one hand, polish went over the skin. On other hand, cuticle not cleaned up enough and within two days there is an obvious space between nail and cuticle.

Rarely do I write reviews but I feel in this instance it is necessary. I go to this salon regularly for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. My last pedicure the tech skipped a couple steps – i still tipped 10%. The following week I went to get my eyebrows (I tipped 20%) done and the next day had break outs all along my brow bone where the wax was (aka from dirty wax/ sticks). I decided to give them one last chance today with a simple gel manicure. I had a set on from a girl in Chicago that needed to come off and a gel manicure. The tech dug his nail under the side of my nail beds to clean out excess polish. The area is red and irritated from how far deep he dug his own, dirty, nail under mine. On top of this, there is polish left on my skin that he did not clean off. Large amount in fact. I did not tip this time. Horrible service three times in a row and I highly do NOT recommend going here regardless of how convenient the location may be.

I took my girlfriend here. All she went in for was a fill. They charged her for a entire new set. The lady doing her nails was the owner of the place. You would expect better service especially from the owner herself but she kept on pulling her hand and the entire time we were there she didn’t start any kind of conversation instead she would ignore us if we tried correcting her on anything that she was doing. My girlfriend had a broken nail and instead of being nice with taking it off all she did was pull it off her finger. This is the worse nail place in which you could go to. They give you a price on the phone and then keep on raising the price up with any little thing that they end up doing to you. Doing it yourself would’ve been a whole lot better than coming here and wasting your money. To top it all off they ended up breaking after two days. Never going there again.

I have a hard time finding decent nails places. I’m not very picky when it comes to my nails but last place I went too was really a halfass job. My thumbs were uneven, the matte wasn’t done right and you could tell on my black nails. I decided to try lily nails out and John did an AMAZING JOB! I’m sooo pleased! It was fast, perfect and I’ve never been so happy! Highly recommended!
