Critical: ProfessionalismPassing through doing business in this area every week.Received (Deluxe)the pedicure and leg and foot massage by an older gentleman who absolutely had me weak and falling asleep in the massage chair… this was approximately 3:45 ish on a Tuesday afternoon …The older gentleman , is finish the foot soak , scrub, cuticle work , wax and moisturizing… and is beginning to apply my polish when another female , an older( I’m guessing) white lady comes in and is assisted to a foot bath to wait for the next pedicurist to service her “more important” feet….not suggesting any prejudice, …. But why can’t he FINISH my services before he starts with her?? Who gets the tip? Because I’m a tipper.The older gentleman is taken away from me while another younger guy comes to “ finish” my polish….….. but….. he’s … watching the front door too I was so relaxed from the massage that it didn’t occur to me what was actually going on…. I’m not confrontational nor rude, so I digressed from saying anything at the time – the polish job was sloppy and I was sorry that I visited this salon.I would go back any day for that massage that the older gentleman put ON ME!!!….. but I felt it was unprofessional to get such great service all the way up until the polish .. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would have to say that this place is the most professional and friendly nail salon I have ever been to. The nail tech took their time and paid attention to every little detail. I have not ever experienced this detail and care in other salons. I absolutely loved my pedicure! Most places will rush you out and make you feel like you are bothering them but this nail salon made me feel welcomed and comfortable and you can tell they take their job seriously. I will be making the trip from Charlotte NC just to come to this place from now on.Services: Manicure, PedicureI would have to say that this place is the most professional and friendly nail salon I have ever been to. I would have to say that this place is the most professional and friendly nail salon I have ever been to. The nail tech took their time and paid attention to every little detail. I have not ever experienced this detail and care in other salons. I absolutely loved my pedicure! Most places will rush you out and make you feel like you are bothering them but this nail salon made me feel welcomed and comfortable and you can tell they take their job seriously. The guy who did my nails will now be my nail tech, I won’t be going anywhere but here from here out! My best friend got a pedicure & left a 20$ tip she was so satisfied/ she said no one had ever gave such a good pedi:) I feel the same about my manicure and also gave a great tip! My best friend got a pedicure & left a 20$ tip she was so satisfied/ she said no one had ever gave such a good pedi:) I feel the same about my manicure and also gave a great tip!
