I’m new to the area and decided to give this nail shop a try, unfortunately it was not up to my standards. I got a deluxe spa french pedicure & a french gel manicure. The deluxe pedi ($40)came with a exfoliator, callus remover, paraffin wax, cuticle removal & 10 min massage. First & foremost they REUSE THE same PUMICE SQUARE to remove your callus & NAIL FILES for their clients (big turn off). They are extremely worn down & very UNSANITARY to reuse on clients. I didn’t catch the names of the ladies working on my pedi/mani, but they were extremely rough with filing my nails. I explained to the nail tech how I wanted my nails to be filed & she kept saying she knows how to do her job (which I never said she didn’t). She ended up cutting one of my toe nails very crooked & she seemed to get annoyed everytime I asked her to refile my nails (I like my nails filed a certain way). Anywho when it came down to the color on my pedicure it was quite sloppy, she got polish all on the side walls of my nails, she did not clean it up & it wasnt an even 2 coats of polish. When she put top coat on my French pedi she ended up smearing the tip & got it all over my pink polish (at this point I didnt even bother for her to fix it). Now my gel mani was the same thing, very sloppy job & gel polish all on the side walls of my nails. I had to continuously look over her work bc she was not painting a full black line. Nonetheless the lady who did my tips did a decent job making them even. Unfortunately because of the sloppy mani my gel nails ONLY LASTED 1 WEEK. Overall the price I paid for my services were reasonable but the job itself was not up to par. My biggest draw back was the reuse of the pumice bars & old nail files. I will not come back to this nail shop as for sanitary issues & ultimately I was not satisfied.

The woman I had was rude, very impatient causing my anxiety to trigger itself. And after less than a week all of my nails came off….poor quality work and bad service. Never again, and they charged me 15 dollars just to paint my 10 year old daughters nails, over priced if you ask me just because he used gel polish smh , do not recommend to anyone ever….60 dollars for what!!!!

Thank you for making my trip to your salon well worth it , I’m very happy with my nails the cut was perfect the service was very welcoming. I will definitely go back to get my refill ( my real nails) thank you again for taking good care of my nails and fixing the damage someone else did . Lisa did a fabulous job on my nails and this was my 1st time there since my regular nail tech has been away she was so gentle with the 3 broken nails that I had which were very sore and she took her time and She didn’t rush and I’m very pleased with the job she did. everyone was very nice very professional and the salon was clean.

Great nails! I’ve only had Cindy or Andrew do my nails (acrylic full sets or refills) and they do a great job every time. They have a huge variety of colors in regular polish or gel polish. They can do a bunch of different styles (square, almond, round, coffin, etc.) And always take the time to do it right. The shop is clean. I will continue to recommend Lily Nails to my friends!

I always go to Cindy! She does an amazing job and im always satisfied walking out of there. She finishes my nails quicker than anyone else i’ve gone to and i’ve tried 2 other salons before this one.
