Very unprofessional. My nails were very poorly done and when explaining this to the person in charge, she interrupted me and raised her voice at me. I have never seen lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior at a nail establishment. Take away the fact that they are the ones who messed up my nail. How they handled the situation was absolutely unacceptable. If your looking for a quick fix and you are unwilling to do your nails yourself knowing you could do a better job then come here, but if your looking for professional, well done nail work even for the simplest of styles please save your money.

I came here on Saturday because lovely nails was so busy. So I figure…there are other places…what’s the harm?They were great with me and my 7 yr old daughter in general but my nails came put awful. I did not realize how bad until I left and was in the sun. More than one person says it looks like I did them myself. But my daughter’s was fine idk. I chose a lime green color which can be hard to work with but they should have told me if they could not do it right. I am so upset I have to oay to get them redone by the first place.

I’ll stop by adding the place is very clean however the owner has has some s*** with her. She was very aggressive with my feet questioning have I been there before, di i live near, or am I on vacation mind you shouldn’t have this conversation with no other customers while I was there. I’ve never been to a salon to get a mani and pedicure and no product was used, no salt to put in the water no cuticle cream was put on my toes or my hands . They also talk about you and but you in the language because when I asked about putting stuff on my feet properly she started talking in her language and repeated Cream and continue to speak in her language with people turning to look in my direction. The only time my skin felt soap was when I washed my hands. They provide half a service and charge you up. The nail tech that ended up doing my nails was nice but didn’t speak English.

They catered to my needs and did my nails to look so pintrest worthy. I have never been so satisfied and pleasantly surprised. All the staff were super nice and helpful. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place. Vivian is THE best. The only nail salon I will ever go to. Brockton is known for horrible service, but Lily spa nails is where you need to be. The place is very clean and the service is ALWAYS the best.

0 ⭐️! Wasn’t worth time or money!! Very disappointed in the quality within 6 days 3 nails were loose and fell off. They did fix those nails free of charge however, 3 more fell off 2 days later! At that point I was frustrated and was able to easily peal all the nails off!! Never going back!!
