Pedicure was $50. They didn’t use a sanitized set of tools. They gave a good massage. No warm towels, no scrub and no warm stones. I saw her put acetone in the nail polish because it was old and clumpy. I asked her to change the color. I will not return. I only went here because it was right in town but for that price it’s not worth it. Go to Tran Tran in North Andover instead.

A significant drop in quality since the change in ownership from Raini Nails a few years ago. And almost double the price of a manicure (from $15 to $25). In fact, I had a gift card from Raini that I presented shortly after the shop changed hands. The new owner said Raini Nails was out of business so my certificate was null and void. (Isn’t that part of what you buy when you buy a business?) While the former owner wasn’t always the friendliest, I never had a bad service experience or a sub-par manicure at Raini. Lily Nails & Lash is simply not as good.
