I’ve been going here for 5 years, yes it’s always busy yes there’s wait times that’s why you call a week or 3 days before to ASSURE an apointment. These ladies take their time on every single client. I always hear my friends say “I go here they’re fast no wait time” a week later their nails are off. These nails ALWAYS last over three weeks, each customer will experience about an hour or more while getting their nails done because they do amazing work. Lilly is my favorite she’s nice kind and asks about your day, I’m sure the rest as well. They are busy for a reason, it’s an amazing nail salon.

Never coming here again. they always over book and don’t care if you have an appointment and if you do half the time they tell you they don’t have you down for an appointment and keep seating other people. I’ve waited for almost 2 hours and finally asked when they would assist me just for them to tell me they don’t have time. today I came in with an appointment at 2 30 and waited until a little after 3. a girl walks in at 3 and they seat her right away as well as another woman. I ask Lily whats going on Ive been waiting and I have an appointment. they even asked when I got there. then they tell me they dont have me scheduled even though they asked for my number and everything when I called. I’ve seen them send away other customers when they also had appointments. DO NOT COME HERE

I’ve been going to Lily for over 10years. I live in Santa Cruz now and still try to drive down as often as possible just to get my nails done by her. The wait times are always long but it’s due to them taking their time with each client, so trust me you always leave satisfied with the finished product.

Melissa is the best… She does what u want and doesn’t suggest something else or criticize u. I hate going to a nail place, u tell them what u want and they suggest something else. Just do what I told u to do n let me go on my merry way. That’s exactly what Melissa does and I drive from el cajon just to get my nails done the way I want it. Appointments have to be made to get her but it’s worth it!!! Yup yup

Called ahead to schedule for 3 people, we get there and the lady does 2 of us then says she cant do the third after we were sitting there for 2 hours as other people were helped. She never mentioned she was pressed for time or had an appointment soon and no other girls even offered to finish the last of our group. I had to leave and I wont be returning ever, bad service and rude ladies.
