This has been my favorite nail salon in the area. They are so nice and do a great job getting me in and out while still doing a great job. I’m not one that likes to sit for a very long time so this is the place for me!! My husband and son have also gotten pedicures here as well and both said it was relaxing. They are great with kids! We had an appointment for 12pm. We were asked to wash our hands but the employees did not once wash theirs, bouncing between 5 different clients not even changing their gloves. The female employee was offended when I asked her to please wash her hands and then talked about me to the male when I insisted she did. We ended up walking out at 1:20pm without the polish even removed, $40 very poorly spent. Do not spend your money here unless you are wanting a horrible infection

I love Lilly’s.. I have been going here for 3 years. They greet you when you come in they make sure you get the color you need and want. My last set of nails I got have lasted a month and had one tiny chip that was my fault.. I still have them on and plan to get them filled.. color doesn’t fade either..

I go there every 2 to 3 weeks to have my acrylic nails filled. Alex is the guy that does my nails. I like them to look natural and he does an amazing job. In addition, they have a wonderful selection of colors and fun options, like color changing mood polish and magnetic cat eye colors. I’ve never had a bad experience and I have probably visited there over 50 times in the past 2+ years.

I used to love this nail salon! I just moved to the area about a year ago! But every time I call to come in for a fill on my nails the one and only person who is able to do the fill isn’t there anymore. Always leaves early. This has happened on multiple occasions, they are the only place in pacific that is open to 8 I believe but they don’t have the people there to complete the services they offer. Just a little disappointed that it’s every time I call.
