I visited Lily nails for the first time yesterday, and it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done! The owner, Lily, was very friendly and welcoming, greeting me and introducing herself with a handshake and a smile right away. The salon is gorgeous- very clean and the massage chairs have many different settings for a relaxing experience during your pedicure. There was only one TV in the salon that was showing relaxing scenery. I preferred this to multiple TVs playing multiple different shows because it helped me to be more present and enjoy the full experience. The salon was busy the whole time I was there and every staff member was working so hard to help every customer in a satisfactory and timely manner!

I’ve never had false nails applied, and I was pretty nervous and not sure what to ask for. Lily and her team greeted me when I walked in and made me feel comfortable and welcome during the whole appointment. I wish I had a before picture, but I walked in with busted nails. I showed Lily a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it! (No pun intended) She let me know about the upkeep if I want to maintain my new nails.

Had a wonderful experience. I tend to be pretty picky being as I get my nails done twice a month. I felt like Tommy was patient with me and paid extra special attention to detail on my nails. What a lovely experience! This is a brand new salon and everyone there was very welcoming. I got the “Inbox” pedicure and a classic manicure. They suggested the Dazzle polish which dries in minutes – which it truly did! Mikka was my technician and she was very gentle and thorough. My nails look great!!
