I have went to this salon about three times with no issue. On the 20th i got my nails done and read on a sign that there’s a 7 day guarantee that my nails will last. I left Michigan for a vacation and 3 days after both my pinky nails fell off. (I would also like to say that on my vacation I didn’t go in any water that could potentially make my nails fall off).When i returned, I went back to the salon so they could re do my pinky’s. Keep in mind I intended to pay even though the nails didn’t last the time they guaranteed me. Then, when he started drilling me nipped my cuticle pretty harshly leaving me with a blood dripping finger, and sprayed rubbing alcohol on it. The bleeding didn’t stop as it was deep and when i went over to Tina so she could do the deign, she painted right over the blood and added top coat so that there is blood trapped both in my cuticle and under the nail polish. My finger is very irritated and burning. Not to mention the high risk of infection caused by the drill being used on all clients without being cleaned. Not to mention my finger being puffed up under my nail from irritation. I am beyond disgusted by what happened today.

this is probably the worst nail salon ever, I had to redo my nails 4 times by them and they never fixed the problem I had to remove It myself and there was blood on every single finger, I cried so hard when I removed them, they still asked me to pay for it even tho they messed up 4 times. It’s unbelievable and u guys should never go to this salon, if u do they are going to make it hurt, bleed and the make ur nails crooked

me and my mother came in to do pedis, and i needed a mani as well, 2.5 hours before they closed. i called earlier to make an appointment but was told they don’t do appointments. we were getting our nails done for a wedding. when we came in they sat us both down to do our pedis. as the worker was doing my pedicure she was trying to convince not to get a manicure because she needed to leave early due to the holiday.. and they were booked with appointments. even tho i called earlier and was told they never do appointments, only walk ins. i told her no, i came to do a mani and pedi and that’s what i want. i told her i wanted to do french for my mani. she then proceeded to tell me french won’t look good on my nails cus they were too short. they were not very short at all, one of my nails were off but i didn’t mind and i told her that. she continued to try and push me to convince to not get a manicure n would say, “so no manicure?”. it was the most unrelaxing experience. that was just the beginning. she then sat me down to do my manicure after my pedi, as my mother still hasn’t been helped for her pedi, yet she’s sitting in the chair with her feet in the water. as the lady was doing my manicure she kept talking about how my nails were short, and i asked her not to cut them down much. she kept repeating herself not to get french. i told her i want french. it was very uncomfortable and unrelaxing. i knew she didn’t wanna do french because she had to leave and it takes longer. if she knew that, she should have turned me n my mother away at the door. she ended up cutting my nails ALL the way down to the skin, to where i have no nails to do a french. then she says “see look?” and i told her i asked her not to do that because they would now be too short for french. she did it on purpose. at this point she says, “i don’t know who will do your mothers pedi. i have to leave after this” it’s been about 45 min and my mom is still in the chair waiting with her feet in the water. i ask her to do shellac now because my nails are too short for french. she said that would take too long. i had the most stressful visit. she ended up doing a basic color on my nails which did not even last a week without chipping. and then did not service my mother. she walked out and then one guy came up to my mom saying she’ll have to wait another 45 min to get her pedi. this was the most unprofessional, stressful visit. we could have gone somewhere else to do our nails for the wedding we had the next day but they chose to immediately sit us down knowing what services we needed and then not providing it. i will never be back here again. they don’t care about their clients and the lady who did my nails was very unprofessional and immature. they did not even apologize or offer any sort of gift certificate to my mother for sitting her down for so long, and not end up doing her nails. i will never be back.

I felt like I was too rushed… I was only in there for about 10 minutes and there was only one other customer there. I can tell the worker just did not feel like doing my nails. I got a closer look at my nails when I left and they look below average. I will go somewhere else that’s more attentive next time.

Honestly, thoroughly impressed, had my nails done for a wedding (acrylic set) and just regular nail polish. 2 days of being back at work where I wrench on cars and tear down motors and the manicure is definitely holding up to the abuse. (Another plus is that every other place I’ve had my nails done at has made the acrylic super thick, this is the only place that has had them look the most natural). 10/10 would come back.
