I’m 13 years old and I got my nails done for Christmas and they did me so wrong . From far a way they don’t look bad. But when you get close to see them they look like a 10 year old did them. The lady was super nice and was gentle but my nails look look horrible. After I left I was crying. But the prices are ig reasonable it was $55 for what I got. Anyway if you plan on going to Lilly nails just know that your nails won’t look the best.

Had appointment with Lily today to get my nails done. As always she does an amazing work. Facility is always clean, the staff is always very friendly. Prices are great and the end results are amazing. Will always go to Lily Nails to get my nails done. Highly recommend you stop in give them a try

The service me and my family received today was amazing! The massage chairs really got me all the way together because my body has been very tense. Haven’t gotten the pedicure just yet but I’m sure I’ll enjoy that as well since this is not my first visit. Always a pleasant experience.

Amazing place! Definitely would come again, the lady that was doing my legs were really nice and didn’t make me uncomfortable at all! They even offered me a bottle of water, overral the service were spot on and nails turned out awesome while my legs left feeling fresh and new❤️❤️❤️

The first time I went, the job was beautiful. Second, poor quality. I never actually had a bad experience with getting my nails done before so I didn’t know how to react. I still paid as my friends nails and my pedicure was beautiful. As can be seen by photos one needs to be careful who they get while going here, but I personally wouldn’t chance it again for the price tag. The people are nice though!

Amazing store having been bring my wife for here for 3 years now and are the only place we recommend going in town. Even when I do not get my nails done they let me use the massage chairs as my wife has her nails done and gives us water bottles to drink. Pedicure

Me and my cousin wanted to get our nails done, we called and they could fit us in that day. So we went, we were early and they took us early too. The people were very nice and respectful. Our nails turned out amazing so I don’t know what any of you are talking about saying they were unprofessional and disrespectful. 10/10 would go there again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe nail technician was very unprofessional! Constantly telling me I should get gel polish on my toes. I didn’t get my toe nails painted bc he said it be $5 extra to remove my gel polish I already had. I went on to get my nails filled and asked for ombré but was told they didn’t have the color powder so in said polish is fine! While getting my nails filled the man kept asking if I had a boyfriend and if I lived around here. I was very uncomfortable. Then when picking out polish I wanted two colors purple and black but then was told again couldn’t do the ombré effect with it so I said I get black! As you can see in the picture that the polish is on my cuticle which I didn’t not notice before leaving because I was trying to just pay and get it of there! I don’t go get my nails done to be flirted/ harassed by the technicians.
