I went to Lily seeking a new place to call home very two weeks when I have my pedicure and manicure. I am so very grateful I picked Lily Nails. Very professional and calm atmosphere. I had the top tiered pedicure with gel and candle wax and paraffin and everything in-between… it was incredibly relaxing and wonderful! My fill in and reshape was perfect and I appreciated the kindness extended to me by everyone at the salon. Definitely my new go to place for my nail and self care. I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Just to start, I am writing this review in the parking lot because that is how much I loved this place! Lily was amazing and make sure I was happy at every step before moving on. I have been to other nail salons in the area and none of them compare to this one! She gave her advice on what I wanted to make sure my nails looked the best they could! I have already made my next appointment because I don’t think I could go back to anywhere else! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a salon in the area where you want to feel comfortable and leave looking great!

I just moved to Kingsport and was looking for a nail salon; this salon had GREAT reviews. 3 weeks ago I called to make an appointment for a gel pedicure and dip/gel manicure and was told to come right over. I was seated for the pedicure immediately and the technician started. She was in a hurry and was rather rough. My pedicure was not the best; the polish was not smooth, and I had a few small scabs from her filing my nails. I then sat for my manicure, Lily was very, very rushed to get me done. I tried to tell her what I wanted, I like a clear dip and then a gel french on top. She told me she did not do dip that way and I said not to worry and that I would skip the manicure, then she said she could do what I wanted. Since I have natural nails I asked her to file them down but being rushed she used clippers. Clippers cause natural nails to split at the corners. I asked for them to be square, what I now have are 8/10 nails have splits that have broken and my nails are curved. Worst manicure and pedicure ever. I’m sure the reviews are justified for acrylic nails but not for natural nails.

I visited yesterday and realized after I got home that I was not satisfied with the way the French manicure looked on me. The manicure I had received was excellent but I was not satisfied with it. Lily reached out and set me up with a redo today. Not only is this an exceptional nail salon, the professionalism they showed was very appreciated. Thank you Lily!

I absolutely love going to Lily’s! Every time I have had my nails/toes done I leave super happy! They really love what they do and it shows in everything they do! I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
