I went in on Saturday. I had regular polish that I applied on my nails & toe nails. I only want them to remove & replace w/gel polish. Service was very fast. I think the owner did my nails. Removed polish & applied gel polish. Mind you, he ONLY buffed & filed my nails after removing polish. Never even asked what shape or if I wanted anything else. Literally took off my nail Polish buffed filed for a title of 5 minutes and then applied gel polish. He did not give my nails proper time to cure or set. Pedi lady was nice & she again removed regular polish, trimmed my toenails & applied gel polish. I paid $53!! Outrageous. Then…..no less than 3 hours later 4 of my finger nails were indented & polish came off. They did nothing to ensure this gel would last. Do yourself a favor & don’t waste your money here.

Never have any major issues with this place. And any issues I do notice with my nails, they are more than happy to fix to my liking! This is the only place I’ve ever gotten my nails done in North Carolina for the past four years! Love this place!!

I always recommend Lily Nails to anyone who needs of course mani or pedi, but they also wax ANYWHERE/EVERYWHERE and what I would call classy tattooing! Check them out if you want a good experience!

Make sure you check your credit card. After paying. I got a pedicure the lady told me it was 21.00, I gave a 3 dillar tip, put it on my card, was not impressed with the results.
