I have tried every place in town and this one is my favorite for many reasons. The first reason is because they are friendly and sociable. It is not minimum conversation when I come here. These ladies, and man, are up to date on everything in my life and it is not because I openly start the conversation, it is because they initiate it and care. Customer service is everything to me and theirs is top notch. The second reason is because any where else I have gone they have always tried to push more services with me for when I return. I only get fills and toe nail gel polish change when I go in. I do not receive the full manicure and pedicure. At other places they have tried to coerce me into purchasing the full spa treatment by either telling me I “have” to get it because of the quality of my nail beds or by just straight insulting me. At lily’s nails they have never pushed more on me because they know I am too busy and do not have the time, nor desire, to sit there longer than I have to and they respect that. The third reason is because they have so many different colors to choose from and they know what I like, bright neon colors. I could go on but bottom line, they are my favorite and I will forever stay loyal as long as I am in Biddeford.

Let’s be real…a lot of us (myself included) get pedicures purely for the foot massage. This place was hands down the best foot massage I’ve ever had with a pedicure. My nails came out great as well. Lily nails is fully complying with COVID-19 guidelines, a HUGE factor in my decision to go here. I would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely be going back.

They did a fantastic job. I felt well taken care of without any rush and really relaxed. The service was slow as far as it took a while on my nails, but I didn’t mind it was done correctly. I had a little of my thumb nail that was missed and instead of letting me walk out the door she took time to fix it and do it right. The place was really clean and the pricing was really decent for the area. All around really good experience would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good service and beautiful nails.
